Carol and Tiago met in London while Carol was doing an internship as part of the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne's bachelor degree and Tiago was working in hospitality and getting his Master in Business and Administration.
From the very start of their relationship they dreamed about opening a business together. After graduating, they worked in Lausanne for a couple years and in 2018 opened their Salad & Juice bar in the Premium Fitness Club Holmes Place.
Tiago has a strong background in hospitality, having worked in the best 5* hotels in Algarve, London and Montreux. For him, an excellent customer service and a perfect product is the number 1 priority. You will find him in the kitchen making sure all meals prepared for our clients are at the highest quality possible.
Carol graduated EHL and started working in the management of a Swiss company, gaining experience in accounting, HR, marketing and communications. For her, transparency and listening to the clients is essential for a business to develop. You will find her serving clients at Green Up and also in the office doing all the admin.
